At Nonty Carol Suppliers, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our returns policy below to understand how to initiate a return or exchange.
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. After 14 days, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Please note: The return window begins on the date of delivery as confirmed by the carrier's tracking information, not the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. These include:
Grocery and perishable items cannot be returned once delivered.
Opened hair care products, eyelash adhesives, and similar items are non-returnable.
Items purchased at a discount during sales or clearance events are final sale.
Custom-made or personalised wigs and hairpieces cannot be returned.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
To start a return, follow these simple steps:

Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.
Important: Please do not send items back without first receiving return authorisation. Unauthorised returns may not be processed.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted — for example, items with obvious signs of use or items not in their original condition.
We offer exchanges for items of equal value, subject to availability. If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact our support team. The same eligibility criteria apply to exchanges as they do to returns.
Exchanges are available for items of equal or lesser value. Price differences may apply for higher-value items.
Exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the original item.
